使用およびメンテナンス / Use and Maintenance

車両使用上の注意 / Vehicle Use Precautions

1. 車のキーを電源スイッチに差し込み、時計回りに回すと、電源とパワー表示ライトがメーター画面に点灯し、電源が接続されていることを示します。 / Insert the car key into the power switch, turn it clockwise, and the power supply and display light on the instrument screen will turn on, indicating the power is connected.
2. ノンモーター車両レーンを低速で走行してください。 / Please drive on the non-motorized vehicle lane at low speed.
3. 長時間駐車後は、ギアハンドルを前後に動かして希望するギアに入れてから始動してください。 / After parking for a long time, move the gear handle back and forth to the desired gear, then start the vehicle.
4. 車両始動前に出力電力表示に注意してください。始動する際は、右手でスタートレバーをゆっくり一定の速度で後方に引いて操作してください。 / Before starting the vehicle, pay attention to the power output display. When starting, pull the start lever backward slowly at a steady speed with your right hand.
5. 後退操作時は、左手でスタートレバーをゆっくり一定の速度で後方に引いて、出力を最低速度に調整してください。 / When operating in reverse, adjust the output to the lowest speed and pull the start lever backward slowly with your left hand.

モーターおよびコントローラー使用上の注意 / Notes for Use of Motor and Controller

1. 向かい風や坂道を走行する場合、急加速は避け、一定速度で徐々に加速してモーターやバッテリーへの負荷を避けてください。 / When driving against the wind or uphill, avoid sudden acceleration. Accelerate gradually to avoid overloading the motor and battery.
2. 雨季には、リアホイールのセンターラインを避けて走行し、モーターとバッテリーが湿って故障するのを防ぎましょう。 / In rainy seasons, avoid the centerline of the rear wheel to prevent moisture damage to the motor and battery.
3. 走行中、スピードコントロールとブレーキを同時に操作しないようにしてください。モーターの過負荷や部品の損傷を招く恐れがあります。 / Avoid operating speed control and brake simultaneously while driving to prevent overloading and damage.
4. 本車両は不整地や急な坂道での走行には適していません。振動が大きいと電気部品の接触不良の原因となります。そのような道ではできるだけ低速走行を心がけてください。 / This vehicle is not suitable for rough or steep roads. Strong vibrations may cause poor contact in electrical parts. Drive slowly in such areas.

警告 / Warning

1. 瞬間的な急加速は避け、安全運転およびモーターやバッテリーの保護を心がけてください。 / Do not instantly accelerate the speed to ensure safe driving while protecting the motor and battery.
2. デフ付きリアアクスルモーター搭載車は、ギアの潤滑にギアオイルが必要です。通常は3か月ごとにギアオイルを交換してください。 / The vehicle with differential rear axle motor needs gear oil for lubrication, usually changed every 3 months under normal conditions.

バッテリー使用上の注意 / Precautions for Use of Battery

1. 現在一般的に使用されているのは密閉型メンテナンス可能な鉛蓄電池で、大容量・長寿命・メンテナンス性に優れています。 / At present, the commonly used battery is a sealed maintainable lead-acid battery with large capacity, long life, and good maintainability.
2. バッテリーは燃料タンクのようなもので、エネルギーを貯める場所です。しかし使用とともに容量が減少する消耗品です。 / The battery is like a fuel tank where energy is stored, but its volume decreases with use, making it a consumable.
3. 高品質のバッテリー選定や正しい使い方、車体の良好な状態、高効率モーターの使用がバッテリー寿命の延命に効果的です。 / Choosing a high-quality battery, using it correctly, maintaining good vehicle condition, and using an efficient motor can effectively delay battery capacity decline.
4. バッテリーは常に充電状態を保ってください。長期間使用しない場合でも月に一度は充電し、放電したまま放置しないようにしてください。 / Always keep the battery sufficiently charged. Even if not used for a long time, charge it once a month and do not store it discharged.
5. 充電時にはバッテリーボックスの温度や充電器インジケーター（オレンジ→グリーン）を確認してください。 / When charging, check the battery box surface temperature and charger indicator (orange to green).
6. 異なる性能のバッテリーを混合しないでください。 / Do not mix batteries with different performance specifications.
7. 火気、熱源、アルカリ物質との接触や直射日光下の保管を避けてください。 / Avoid contact with flame, heat source, alkaline substances, or direct sunlight exposure.

充電方法 / Charging Method

1. 夏に走行後はバッテリー温度が高いため、すぐに充電せず冷ましてから行ってください。冬場（0℃以下）の場合は、屋内で充電してください。 / After driving in summer, because the battery temperature is high, it should not be charged immediately. In winter, when the battery is below 0°C, charging should be done indoors.
2. 低速での運転を心がけると、電力消費が抑えられ、バッテリー寿命が延びます。 / Driving at low speed helps to reduce power consumption and extend battery life.
3. 頻繁な充電を習慣づけることで、バッテリーが常に十分な状態を保てます。 / Maintaining a habit of frequent charging ensures the battery remains sufficiently charged.
4. 低速ギアを使用すると、より力強く長く走行できます。 / Using low-speed gear allows for stronger and longer driving capability.

充電器と充電に関する注意事項 / Charger and Charging Precautions

1. 充電器は高性能CPUチップを使用しており、バッテリー状態に応じた最適な充電を自動で行います。 / The charger uses a high-tech CPU chip to automatically optimize charging according to battery condition.
2. グリッド電圧がAC220V±20%を超えると、充電器の誤動作や故障の原因となります。 / If the grid voltage exceeds AC220V ± 20%, it may cause the charger to malfunction or fail.
3. 充電ポートに充電器の出力プラグを接続し、その後AC電源を接続してください。 / Plug the charger output into the vehicle first, then connect to the AC power supply.
4. 赤ランプ点灯中は充電中、オレンジは90％、緑は満充電です。 / A red light means charging is in progress, orange indicates 90% charged, and green means fully charged.
5. 長時間の充電（週1回程度）はバッテリーの回復とメンテナンスに有効です。 / Occasional long charging (about once a week) is effective for battery recovery and maintenance.
6. 充電器やバッテリーボックスの通気を確保し、覆いをしないでください。 / Ensure ventilation around the charger and battery box; do not cover them.
7. 液体や金属片が充電器内部に入らないようにしてください。 / Prevent liquids or metal particles from entering the charger.
8. 充電中に異臭や高温を感じた場合は、すぐに充電を中止し点検に出してください。 / If you smell an odor or the charger becomes too hot, stop charging immediately and have it inspected.

トラブルシューティング / Troubleshooting

故障現象対処方法

電源を入れてもメーターが表示されない | キースイッチがオンか、電源プラグが接続されているか、電源スイッチが壊れていないかを確認してください。/ Turn on the power supply, and check whether the key switch is opened, the power plug is inserted, and the electric switch is not broken.
メーターは点くがモーターが動かない | 右手の操作線やモーター接続が外れていないか、初速が不足していないか、左右の電源スイッチバーがオフになっていないかを確認してください。/ If the instrument works but the motor does not rotate, check whether the controller line of the right hand is off, or whether the initial speed is insufficient, or the switch bars are powered off.
ペダルが重くスピードが出ない | ブレーキがロックされていないか、タイヤ空気圧が適正か、バッテリー電圧が十分か、荷重が重すぎないかを確認してください。/ If cycling is laborious and slow, check whether the brake is locked, tire pressure is proper, battery voltage is sufficient, and the load is too heavy.
走行距離が短い | 長期間充電していなかった、空気圧不足、ブレーキがきつすぎる、バッテリーが十分に充電されていない、向かい風・上り坂の影響、気温が低すぎる等を確認してください。/ If the driving distance is short, check for long-term non-use, low tire pressure, tight brake, undercharged battery, headwind or uphill, or low temperature.
バッテリーが充電できない | 充電器と電源が正常か、バッテリー接続が正しく行われているか、外部電源の電圧が正常か確認してください。/ If the battery cannot be charged, check the charger and power supply, battery connection, and whether the external power voltage is normal.

日常点検と安全確認 / Daily Inspection and Safety Check

1. 左右のブレーキバーが正常に動作し、ブレーキ時に電源が自動で遮断されるかを確認してください。 / Check if the left and right brake bars work properly and whether the power supply cuts off automatically during braking.
2. 時速20kmで走行中に緊急ブレーキをかけた際、5m以内に停止できるか確認してください。ブレーキパッドの摩耗がある場合は交換してください。 / At 20 km/h, the vehicle should be able to stop within 5 meters during emergency braking. Replace worn brake pads if necessary.
3. 前後輪が空転時に異常な摩擦抵抗がないか確認し、必要に応じてブレーキハブキャップのネジを調整してください。 / Check for abnormal friction resistance in the front and rear wheels and adjust the jacking screw on the brake hubcap if needed.
4. タイヤの空気圧が適正か、前後ともに確認してください。不足している場合は補充してください。 / Confirm that front and rear tires are at the correct air pressure. Inflate them if necessary.
5. ウインカーやテールライト、電源カットブレーキなどの動作を確認してください。 / Check the operation of turn signals, tail lights, and power-off brake system.
6. 発進時がスムーズか、加減速が急になっていないかを確認してください。 / Ensure smooth start-up and that speed changes are not abrupt.
7. ハンドルの操作性が軽く、柔軟であることを確認してください。 / Confirm that the handlebars move freely and flexibly.
8. 前後のブレーキが適切に動作し、異音がしないか確認してください。 / Check that the front and rear brakes operate properly and do not make unusual noises.
9. ライト、ホーン、計器類などの点灯・作動を確認してください。 / Verify that lights, horn, and instrument panel are functioning correctly.
10. タイヤの空気圧、車体のボルトやナットが緩んでいないかを確認してください。 / Check tire pressure and ensure that no bolts or nuts on the vehicle are loose.
11. 前後のブレーキケーブルの遊びが適切か確認してください。 / Check that the brake cable play for both front and rear is appropriate.

運転上の注意 / Notes for Cycling

1. 交通規則を厳守し、車道ではなく自転車や電動車両専用のレーンを使用してください。 / Strictly abide by traffic rules and drive in the designated lane for bicycles and electric vehicles.
2. レクリエーション用車両の定員は電動自転車と同様であり、大人の二人乗りは禁止されています（子供を除く）。 / The rated carrier of recreational vehicles is the same as electric bicycles; carrying two adults is strictly prohibited (except children).
3. ハンドルに物を掛けないようにし、操作に支障が出ないようにしてください。 / Do not hang objects on the handlebars to avoid loss of control.
4. 雨天時はレインコートを着用し、片手で傘を持っての運転は厳禁です。 / During rain, wear a poncho; do not operate the vehicle with one hand using an umbrella.
5. 車両を洗浄する際は高圧洗浄機を使用せず、水を直接かけることも避けてください。 / Do not clean the vehicle with a high-pressure water gun or splash water directly.
6. 下り坂ではスピードの出し過ぎに注意し、片手でのブレーキ操作や急ブレーキは避けてください。 / Avoid overspeeding downhill and do not brake with one hand or suddenly.
7. 無断で車体を分解・改造すると、安全上のリスクが高まります。 / Unauthorized disassembly or modification increases the risk of safety hazards.
8. 乗車前に各部の固定が安全かつ確実であることを確認してください。 / Before riding, ensure all fasteners are secure and reliable.
9. 不整地、泥道、砂利道、段差のある道での走行は避けてください。 / Avoid driving on uneven, muddy, gravel roads or steps.
10. 雨や雪の日は制動距離が長くなるため、十分に速度を落として運転してください。 / On rainy or snowy days, increase braking distance and reduce speed sufficiently.
